- Someone is available to receive the order at the provided address
- Delivery partners may contact customers for coordination or address confirmation.
6. Failed or Delayed Delivery
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept the order, re-delivery may be attempted or the order may be cancelled.
- In such cases, shipping charges (if applicable) may not be refundable.
7. Split Shipments
- In some cases, items in a single order may be shipped separately based on seller location or product availability.
- Customers will receive tracking details for each shipment (if applicable).

- Once shipped, order status and tracking information can be viewed in the My Orders section of the MartAunix app.
- Tracking updates depend on courier or delivery partner systems.
9. Damaged or Missing Shipments
- If you receive a damaged package or items are missing, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery through the app or by contacting support.
- Such cases will be handled as per our Return and Refund Policies.
