Return Policy – MartAunix

At MartAunix, we aim to deliver quality products across multiple categories. This Return Policy explains the conditions under which products purchased through our e-commerce platform may be returned.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described on the product page, you may request a return.

Non-Perishable Items

Non-perishable products such as electronics, accessories, household items, fashion products, or packaged goods may be eligible for return if they have manufacturing defects, transit damage, or quality issues, subject to verification.

Perishable or Restricted Items

Certain items, including perishable or hygiene-sensitive products, may be marked as non-returnable on the product page. However, if such items are delivered in a damaged or unusable condition, a return or refund may be considered after verification with supporting evidence.

2. Return Request Process

To request a return:

Report the Issue

  1. Within 24 hours of delivery, open the MartAunix App
  2. Go to My Orders and select the relevant order
  3. Tap on Report an Issue to initiate a return request

Provide Details

  1. Clearly describe the issue
  2. Upload supporting photos or videos (mandatory for damaged or incorrect items)

Verification

Our support team will review your request. Once approved, you will receive instructions for the next steps.

3. Return Process & Resolution

Product Pickup

For approved return requests, MartAunix may arrange a pickup of the item from the delivery address.

Refund or Replacement

After verification of the returned product, you may choose one of the following (subject to availability and policy):

  1. Refund to the original payment method or wallet (as per Refund Policy)
  2. Replacement of the same or equivalent product

4. Non-Eligible Returns

The following cases are generally not eligible for return:

  1. Change of mind or personal preference
  2. Return requests raised after 24 hours of delivery
  3. Products delivered in correct condition without defects
  4. Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
