Cancellation Policy – MartAunix

At MartAunix, we aim to provide a smooth and dependable online shopping experience. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how orders placed on our e-commerce platform can be cancelled.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  1. Customers may cancel an order before it is dispatched from the seller, store, or warehouse.
  2. Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
  3. To cancel an order, open the MartAunix App, go to My Orders, and select the order you wish to cancel.

2. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  1. For online payments (UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, etc.), refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  2. No cancellation charges apply if the order is cancelled before dispatch.

3. Cancellation by MartAunix

MartAunix reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  1. Product is out of stock or unavailable
  2. Incorrect pricing or product listing errors
  3. Delivery address is outside the serviceable area
  4. Technical, logistical, or operational issues

In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be issued if payment has already been made.

4. Special Notes for Certain Products

  1. Some products may be marked as non-cancellable on the product page once the order is confirmed or dispatched.
  2. Orders for customized, made-to-order, or restricted items cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
