Cancellation Policy – MartAunix

At MartAunix, we aim to provide a smooth and dependable online shopping experience. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how orders placed on our e-commerce platform can be cancelled.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Customers may cancel an order before it is dispatched from the seller, store, or warehouse.
- Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
- To cancel an order, open the MartAunix App, go to My Orders, and select the order you wish to cancel.

2. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- For online payments (UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, etc.), refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- No cancellation charges apply if the order is cancelled before dispatch.
3. Cancellation by MartAunix
MartAunix reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- Product is out of stock or unavailable
- Incorrect pricing or product listing errors
- Delivery address is outside the serviceable area
- Technical, logistical, or operational issues
In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be issued if payment has already been made.
4. Special Notes for Certain Products
- Some products may be marked as non-cancellable on the product page once the order is confirmed or dispatched.
- Orders for customized, made-to-order, or restricted items cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
