Refund Policy – MartAunix

At MartAunix, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to deliver quality products across multiple categories. If an order does not meet expectations, we provide a fair and transparent refund process.
1. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund in the following situations:
- You received a damaged, defective, or unusable product
- Wrong item or incorrect variant was delivered
- Order was cancelled before dispatch
- Order was not delivered
- Missing or incomplete items in the delivered package (after verification)
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Open the MartAunix app
- Go to My Orders
- Select the relevant order and tap Report an Issue
- Submit the reason along with photos or details (if applicable) within 24 hours of delivery

3. Refund Method
- For online payments (UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, net banking), refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must provide valid bank or UPI details for refund processing.
- In certain cases, refunds may be issued as wallet credit within the MartAunix app (if applicable).
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Products delivered in correct and acceptable condition
- Items returned without a valid reason
- Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
5. Refund Approval
All refund requests are subject to verification. MartAunix reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject refund claims
- Request additional information or images for verification
