Refund Policy – MartAunix

At MartAunix, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to deliver quality products across multiple categories. If an order does not meet expectations, we provide a fair and transparent refund process.

1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund in the following situations:

  1. You received a damaged, defective, or unusable product
  2. Wrong item or incorrect variant was delivered
  3. Order was cancelled before dispatch
  4. Order was not delivered
  5. Missing or incomplete items in the delivered package (after verification)

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Open the MartAunix app
  2. Go to My Orders
  3. Select the relevant order and tap Report an Issue
  4. Submit the reason along with photos or details (if applicable) within 24 hours of delivery

3. Refund Method

  1. For online payments (UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, net banking), refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  2. For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must provide valid bank or UPI details for refund processing.
  3. In certain cases, refunds may be issued as wallet credit within the MartAunix app (if applicable).

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  1. Products delivered in correct and acceptable condition
  2. Items returned without a valid reason
  3. Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery
  4. Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

5. Refund Approval

All refund requests are subject to verification. MartAunix reserves the right to:

  1. Approve or reject refund claims
  2. Request additional information or images for verification
